At ReadyN8NTemplates.com (“we”, “our”, “us”), we sell digital downloadable products (n8n workflow templates and related files). Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, our Refund Policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1) Digital Download Refunds
Refunds may be approved only in these situations:

You did not receive the download after payment due to a technical issue and our support team is unable to resolve it.

The file you purchased is corrupted or not working as described, and we cannot provide a working replacement.

You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a payment error.
2) Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:

Change of mind after purchase

Accidentally purchasing the wrong product

Lack of knowledge/skills to use n8n or related tools/services

Compatibility issues with third-party services (APIs, apps, plugins, hosting, credentials) when the template files work properly

Requests made after you have already downloaded/accessed the files (unless the product is defective and we cannot fix/replace it)
3) Replacement & Support First
If there’s any problem, we will try to resolve it quickly by:

Re-sending your download link / restoring access

Providing a corrected file or updated version (if available)

Guiding you through setup/import and basic usage steps
4) How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team with:

Email used at checkout

Product name

A short description of the issue (screenshots/logs help)
We typically respond within 1–2 business days.
5) Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, your account and access to downloads may be restricted while we investigate. We strongly recommend contacting support so we can resolve the issue faster.
