1) Digital Products

All products sold on ReadyN8NTemplates.com are digital downloads (e.g., n8n workflow templates in JSON/TXT or related digital files). No physical product will be shipped.

2) License & Permitted Usage

Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the files for:

  • Personal use, or

  • Internal business use within your organization/client project (as applicable)

You may:

  • Import and use templates in your own n8n environment

  • Modify templates for your own workflows

  • Use templates to build automations for your internal operations or client projects (deliver the result/service, not the template files)

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the files publicly or privately (free or paid)

  • Upload files to marketplaces, template libraries, GitHub repositories, “free download” sites, Telegram groups, etc.

  • Include our files in a “bundle” or “course resources” pack

  • Claim the files as your own product or authorship

  • Remove copyright/branding notices (if any)

Note: If you need an extended license (team-wide, agency, SaaS embedding, resale rights, etc.), contact us before purchase.

3) User Accounts

We may create a customer account automatically during checkout to provide access to downloads and order history. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details

  • All activity that occurs under your account

4) Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or others enabled on the site). We do not store full card details on our servers. Your payment provider’s terms may also apply.

5) Delivery & Access

Digital download access is typically available immediately after successful payment. If you experience issues (missing download link, corrupted file, access problems), contact support and we will assist.

We may set reasonable limits to prevent abuse (e.g., excessive repeated downloads).

6) Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy (published separately). By purchasing, you agree to that policy.

Because these are digital goods, refunds may be limited where permitted by law.

7) Compatibility & Your Responsibility

Our templates are designed for use with n8n. You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring compatibility with your n8n version, nodes, credentials, and environment

  • Properly configuring credentials, webhooks, APIs, and third-party services

  • Testing workflows before using them in production

We are not responsible for downtime, third-party API changes, account bans, or configuration errors in your environment.

8) Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website, servers, or user accounts

  • Introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt site performance

  • Scrape, copy, or harvest data/content without permission

  • Use the site or products for unlawful activities

We may suspend access if we suspect misuse or license violations.

9) Updates, Changes & Availability

We may update products (bug fixes, improvements) and change site features at any time.

Purchases do not guarantee lifetime updates or ongoing support unless clearly stated on the product page or plan description.

We may also discontinue any product or feature at our discretion.

10) Intellectual Property

All website content and digital products (including workflow designs, documentation, branding, text, graphics, and files) are owned by ReadyN8NTemplates.com or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill).

  • Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

12) Termination

We may terminate or restrict access to the website, downloads, or your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, the license to use the files may be revoked.

13) Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws relevant to our business operations and jurisdiction. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts/venues under applicable law.
